I had lunch with my friends at BRIO's and the food was very good, and so was the service. All dishes were tasty, but preparation-wise there were some flaws: the steak in the steak salad was supposed to be medium-rare, but was rather in the medium-well category, and shrimp risotto was a little watery. But the flavors were still there and the dishes were tasty despite those flaws. So, overall this was a good lunch, and I don't think I'd hesitate to come back again.
Awful food and terrible service.
Bottom line - I would never eat here again and definitely do not recommend eating here. There are much better options in Bryson City just a short drive away.
We ate here our first night staying in Cherokee to visit the Great Smoky Mountain National Park because it was close to our hotel. Big mistake.
Our server Hannah was so busy chatting with her male co-worker she basically ignored us. The entire time we ate she never refilled our waters or offered my husband another beer. After we finished eating our server disappeared for so long we finally got up and went to the server station to ask another employee for a check.
Good food and good atmosphere just make for a good time, and these folks, in abundance, have both. If you want a meal or just to have a beer or glass of wine in the lounge, I guarantee a good time. I eat at many 5 star restaurants, but very few, like this one, should get a 6.
The only word to describe the meal I ate here last night, is incredible! And the service and atmosphere, WoW!
definitely one of my favorite places to eat all across the country or wherever a Brio is located. it was a nice little surprise finding that they had one here at Harrah's Cherokee. we had a nice brunch with some drinks. The only thing that ruined it was the very rude hostess... she's the reason for the 4 star not 5 star
There is only 1 truly vegetarian meal on the menu which is ravioli. Our server was not helpful coming up with vegetarian options or modifications. The "kale" salad is mostly iceberg lettuce with a little kale on it. The cauliflower side dish is drenched in butter /oil so it is soggy, and the capers and pepperoncini peppers make for an unsavory flavor combination.
Great restaurant! Atmosphere is relaxing with great service from friendly staff. The wedge salad is good and the the thin slice steak brushetta is wonderful. My wife recommends the pasta vodka. A friend had the pork chops and they were thick, juicy and seasoned perfectly.
The restaurant is inside the casino so it smells like cigarette smoke.
