My mother's car stopped at the top of the smokey mountains at 4PM, and the local ranger had called this place to help us out. At first, they said it would cost $125, then the change to price to $175 and proceeded to say, you can wait another hour for the next tow truck. Mind you they showed up at 6PM.. My mother requested to have the car towed to a near by shopping center, but the driver said that it would be better to park at their lot since they have an on duty mechanic that can fix her car... (Sounds like a deal right? well WRONG. SO WRONG, that's how they get you.) When they got to the lot, the driver parked her car in the back at first, then my mother requested to park in the front instead.) Then they parked my mother's car bumper to bumper with another car. (I found this out after I drove from ATLANTA, GA.)
Avoid this place they are thieves don't no what they are doing and try to hit u up with hidden cost
The only nice thing that my mom had to say about this place was the way a Ms. Jackie treated her. Ms. Jackie dropped her off at a hotel. (but after being treated like crap, this is the minimum that they should do.)
This place is located on the top of a hill of a sketchy road. Filled with dogs running around freely with matted hair, throwing up everywhere and crap stuck to their bottoms.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
They will mess ur stuff up and overcharge u
Not only are the animals not taken care of for the minimum care, but the guy who I assume is the owner of this of this place is completely out of line.
What my mother and I experienced was definitely FAR OUT OF THE GALAXY than what others had posted, raving bout this place they call a "Business."
The next day I asked the man to move the car up to check if there are any damages on her car and if there were, then we would need to contact the police station. He became defensive and yelled your car is fine! You know what, you have an hour to get your piece of SH**T car out of my lot before I call the police for you trespassing. And walked away without giving us our key. There weren't any scratches, but you can see the paint on the bumper was cracking. However we did not want to deal with this CON-ARTIST any longer so we left.
He will rip you off to the point where you feel helpless.

Had a heater hose blow on vacation and was stuck in Cherokee on a Sunday evening. Nearest parts store was 8.8 miles away in Bryson. Called my roadside assistance and one company wanted 300 out of pocket and was 2 hours away. The other wanted 100 and was an hour away. We were on a tight time line with the parts place closing soon. Called Crow's and he said they could do it for $100 and get me there in time. They showed up and we discussed my problem. A quick call back to the shop and they had what I needed to get back on the road. Gave me a ride to the shop and back and waited to make sure I was ok to get back on the road. Oh, and he didn't charge me a tow fee, just a shop fee and the parts cost. Yes, it was less than the tow fee. Saved my family from being stranded and made sure we got back on the road. I'm sure the other reviews have more than one side but as for me, I highly recommend them.
