The steak was large and a good 1 1/2" thick as was expected. And the filet side was wonderful! The rest of the steak was good but nothing exceptional. The fries were fries...but they were an extra $10! So for $87, I got an okay steak, side of fries and water. Oh and they stamped my parking ticket...

I knew it was going to be expensive going in. I just thought for the price it would be better than what it was. Not willing to wait for a table, I sat at the bar and ordered a T-bone with a side of steak fries. The only thirst quencher I ordered was plain water.
Outstanding as Always, we had dinner 12/17/17 and our servers name is hard to read on the receipt, I think it is Akaba. He is outstanding and makes you feel like you only table he has and he had several around us. He said he had been there 4 years and he has waited on us before, next time we will ask for him for sure!!
Service was top notch and what is to be expected from this type of restaurant. Food was good but I can't say the steak was 46 dollars worth of good. The ribeye was a large cut and was cooked and seasoned well. I just knock off a star because I have had better steaks for half the price. Can't say that I would go back unless someone else is paying the bill.
The last time I went there (a few months ago), the steak was AMAZING although the rest of my food was a little lackluster considering the price. Yesterday, I was completely underwhelmed by all of it. I barely ate at all. The only good part was the company. I sat at the bar & first, talked to a wonderful couple celebrating their 45th anniversary. Then, to a very nice woman who had just lost her father. Because my food was pretty terrible, I was barely eating & had time to focus on our conversation. I must have helped a little because she was sweet enough to pay for my meal without telling me. How nice!! Great experience...not great food!
I always get the chop salad to start out it's so good. Ive been so many times and I think I've had every item on the menu at this point and always leave happy. If you like creamed spinach there's is the best. Service is sometimes one notch below other Ruth Chris locations I've visited however I'm still always satisfied. It just depends who you get. I enjoy dinner at the bar but for special occasions I'd recommend requesting the table across from the fire.
