If I could leave less than 1 star I would I called over the phone asked then if they bought what I was trying to sell the guy on the phone nSmedley troy apparently don't know his job because he said yes we do so I waist gas I don't have to drive to Cherokee to this store just to have them tell me oh we already have too many tools we couldn't possibly take any more right after I got off the phone with him and him telling me that they do buy tools seriously people don't waist ur time
Today october 26th i went back to alans of cherokee nc to give them one more chance after all i have purchased many items there in the past. This was a pleasant experience. There was two young gentleman in the store who were very pleasant and very sweet. They had good customer interaction. I told them of my experience I had recently and they were very kind to take care of my needs in a professional manner. I wasn't able to do all the jewelry that i had wanted but they did help as best they could. I was pleased. I look forward to visiting when they are there again. I am very disappointed in this business . I was on a trip to the casino and went over to the pawn shop in the middle of the night since they do advertise that they are a 24 hour pawn shop. I took six pieces of jewelry to see if i could get a loan. I was told that i would have to return after 9 Am on the following day. The lady with the blonde hair told me that if i had more than two to three pieces that she did not have time to look at my jewelry. If this is the case then why are you a 24 hour pawn shop. From now on I will just go early to plaza pawn which is near the casino or tribal pawn, before they close.
I went to Alan's jewelry & pawn in Cherokee the other day and th help there was very great. Angela Phillips is a great sales person, she answered any and all questions I had and she also gave me a great deal on my purchase, thank you Angela.
