Fun place and good price. Attendants were super friendly and so knowledgeable. Great place to start looking for and learning about gems. Has lapidary on site.

Fun little establishment. A major complaint I have though, is despite their being open they refuse to sell special bags of gems after a certain time. It's not listed anywhere that they do this, so when we decided on the Pan for Emeralds kit, they refused to sell them. If we wanted to do this, we were stuck with the generic bag. It just didn't make sense, and we left with three upset children. Will not go back.

It was absolutely wonderful! There is a large trough for sifting through buckets worth of gems and stones, and you really get your money's worth on the buckets! It's fun for kids, but also loads of fun for adults as well! We bought a $50 "variety bucket" and went home with rubies, emeralds, citrines, amethysts, smokey quarts, and topaz! There's even a free "identity your rocks" service! I highly recommend it!

The kids had a blast "mining" for gems. The attendant was so helpful and kind. Pricing is reasonable. This is one of the nicer gem mines we've visited. The lady in the gift shop during our visit was a little "off putting" as she followed us around, but that wouldn't keep me from going back. I recommend visiting if you're in the area!

Super cute store with very attentive and kind staff. My 5 year old loved it and there was a great selection of souvenirs in every price range. We will definitely stop by again!
