It was a good experience for me. The museum is beautiful and has many and varied ways of telling the story of the native presence, especially Cherokee, in the area of what is now called North Carolina. I learned so lot and I feel so much more respect for this people.

It's a very nice place to come visit. Friendly employees. I would recommend this place if you like history or just want to know more about the EBCI.

The entire Cherokee Territory is a wonderful place to find peace & quiet, experience some of the Cherokee "good old days" some of which the Cherokee incorporate into their culture today. The Museum illustrates the Cherokee history. The Cherokee have always been and still are known for their love & practice of peaceful existence within their nation and the world.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating to our Cub Scout group! The boys learned a lot and a great time. I would recommend this a must destination when in Cherokee. Try to visit the second Saturday of the month for special attractions.

I love museums This is the best, most informative museum I have been to in a long time. They have artifacts, clothing, a great gift shop, and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you are in the area, go. If you are not, get to the area and go.
