Have not had the pleasure yet, however have made reservations for new year's. I spoke with Brittany on the phone who answered all my questions delightfully.what a pleasure to talk with. If her pleasentness is any indication of how the staff are, thenmgr. Lisa you are a fortunate manager. Looking forward to the visit.
It is nice from the outside and the inside is clean. I was a little disappointed in the size of the room and the dated decor of the room for the amount of money they charge daily. Also, the walls are thin for a hotel. I've never had an issue hearing people above me before in a hotel but I did at this location. On the positive side, if you are planning to drink then this location is perfect for you because it is directly across the street from Harrah's! I would definitely shop around and check the reviews of other hotels in the area.
Comfortable if outdated rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly-ish staff. Really convenient location if you want to go to the casino.
Stayed here to use indoor pool. Small but adequate. Room was very musty. Rooms appeared clean but decor is starting to show age. Staff was ok. I'd look elsewhere before coming back here.
