Mount Leconte shelter night 1. Then ice water spring shelter night 2. The view was much better.

Day hikers - we hiked up to the shelter. Very nice as far as shelters go. Beautiful area, pristine water sources, and clean shelter.

I was a day hiker passing through. About a half-dozen hikers were using this shelter. Likely popular given the proximity to Great Smokey Mountains.
